When you submit a custom manufacturing or bulk order enquiry, we collect your name, business/brand name, email address, phone number, shipping location, and any artwork or specification files you upload. We also store the details of your request (garment style, quantity, colours, logo notes, etc.).
2. How we use it
We use this information only to prepare your quote, communicate about your order, and improve our manufacturing workflow. We do not sell or share your contact details with unrelated third parties.
3. File uploads
Artwork and tech-pack files are stored securely and accessed only by Knittire Global staff and approved production partners. Download links expire after 7 days.
4. Your rights
You can ask us to delete your enquiry data at any time by emailing msg4knittire@gmail.com.
